    Delicious room, quiet and comfortable and right in the city, extremely pleasant staff. And a lovely bed. Small bathroom but everything is there and clean!

    Incredible and excellent location for visiting restaurants and bars. Loved amazing area. Nice bed in the superior king room, plus central heating, an iron with ironing board and an electronic key card🙂

    great location, everything as expected, some not understandable points - but hotel is basically recommendable.

    Breakfast service not good, big rush around 09.00 o'clock, staff seems overwhelmed at this time - a promised room made available only after complaints...

    Excellent - functional and centrally located, within walking distance from good restaurants, shops, and many areas of historical interests in Lisbon. Staff was efficient and friendly. I haven't tried the restaurant .neither for breakfast nor meals,so I couldn't recommend it.

    The room was a bit dark.Lightning can be improved.

    fantastic access to local parks and vibrant city life

    I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, especially because it was just a few steps from the beautiful miradouro sao pedro de alcantara and only around 10 minutes away from the lively time out market. The hotel offered a lovely atmosphere with clean rooms and comfortable beds, but the check-in process could use some improvement.

    Clean, fantastic hotel, incredible and amazing location. Early check-in, great-sized and soundproof rooms with balcony overlooking park. Amazing and excellent breakfast and the staff is affable! Private parking on-site provided. No charge for concierge service, wake up calls and ironing too. Good overall experience.

    The Sofitel was one of the best hotels in which I have stayed in many years of traveling abroad (from the US). It was certainly the high point of my stay in Portugal in terms of hotels--that is understatement. I highly recommend the hotel for all of the categories which you have designated above.

    Here's the real story

    Staying in a meticulously clean and cozy room was a delight, complemented by excellent tea and coffee amenities. The air conditioning, however, was challenging to control, fixed at a warm 25°C. The staff's attentiveness enhanced our experience was nice, although breakfast ambiance could use some updates. The location boasts luxury shops and serene streets.

    The hotel is in a fantastic location. The standard rooms are smallish but very comfortable. The Ad Lib is a great restaurant if you want to dine in. The staff are very professional and welcoming.

    The only negative is that the standard room is a little on the small size, particularly the bathroom but I guess this is the price to be paid for such prime location and it is 4 star as opposed to 5 star.

    The hotel is set in an ideal location opposite a metro station. If the weather is bad, the hotel also offers umbrellas. Breakfast, staff and rooms were all top!
